Myles Turner seeking hefty money in free agency

Turner is not a part of the Indiana Pacers' long-term rebuilding plan, which is currently underway. The fact that he's apparently hoping for a high-paying deal when he hits free agency following this year, however, could end up having an impact on his trade market going into the season. According to a recent source, Turner will demand more than $20 million annually when he enters the free-agent market. It's unquestionably something that any team that might be interested in Turner will have to take into account before signing him.

Turner is by no means a conventional big, but he's also not one of those unicorn frontcourt guys who can contribute wherever on the court. Turner just finished a season in which he shot 33% from 3-point range and 51% from the field to average 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks a game.
