Bayern Munich pummel Wolfsburg, 4-0

Bayern Munich keeps the top spot of German Bundesliga to themselves and has solidified their lead with three more points that come their way with Wolfsburg’s 4-0 thrashing at home. Another reason to celebrate the win was Thomas Muller’s 400th league appearance in the match, he has been part of the club's senior team since 2009 and in his record appearance, he also scored the opener in the seventh minute at Allianz Arena with a close-range shot that found it way past Wolfsburg goalkeeper Koen Casteels.

Munich players then worked hard against Wolfsburg and were rewarded in the second half with three more goals, first the defender Dayot Upamecano doubled the lead, then Leroy Sane curled the ball at the edge of the Wolfsburg penalty area into the corner then Polish star Robert Lewandowski got the last one in making it his 18th league goal of the season.
