Cristiano Ronaldo "offered himself" to Real Madrid, says Spanish newspaper

The winter transfer market only opens in just over a month, but Real Madrid is already active in search of a new solution for the attacking front, in the face of Karim Benzema's injury, which kept him out of the World Cup.

And, on Sunday, the Spanish newspaper Sport guarantees that Cristiano Ronaldo, who is on a 'collision course' with Manchester United.

The publication writes that the Portuguese international maintains a good relationship with the president of the Whites, Florentino Pérez, given the successes that both shared, at the Santiago Bernabéu, between 2009 and 2018.

The top leader of the Whites will, however, keep some reservations in the face of a possible reunion, for fear of how the Madeiran will react to the fact that he moves to the background as soon as the current holder of the Ballon d'Or is recovered.
