Kalvin Phillips is the potential target for both PSG and Manchester City

Paris Saint-Germain is all pumped up to offer Kalvin Phillips a deal. The 26-year-old, midfielder from Leeds United is also being eyed by Manchester City. It is considered that PSG would offer the player £55 million who would be the replacement for Mauricio Pochettino. The Ligue 1 side is hoping they can seal a deal with the player before Manchester City ropes him in. 

On the other hand, City needs a replacement for Fernandinho and they think Phillips would be a great one! However, there is no sign that Phillips wants to exit Leeds United but it would come as a surprise if he makes a move this summer to one of the world's biggest football clubs.
