Portugal's Fernando Santos says that if Rafa called him to talk he'd agree to

“Closed dossiers do not exist. I always said that, with me, the national team would be open to all players. For me, there are no closed cases. If Rafa called me for a conversation, I would ask him at what time and in what place”, assured Fernando Santos.

In an interview with the TV channel Sport TV, the coach recalled that the Benfica forward was part of almost all the squads in recent years, even being present at the 2014 World Cup, Euro2016, the 2019 Nations League and Euro2020.
