The Argentina winger brought the Midas touch to the team during their season-opener victory over Sassuolo last week. Juventus' only sole decent opportunity in the first half was Juan Cuadardo who had a bursting run in the 15th minute. However, he could only fire straight at Emil Audero in Sampdoria's goal with Dusan Vlahovic to his right. Juventus faced a drab goalless draw by Sampdoria on Monday, meanwhile the Juve troop did look uninspired.
Vlahovic hardly had a touch in the first 45 minutes and expressed his anger at the Colombian for not passing. The Serb started the second period on a brighter note, yet flashed a shot wide. He went to claim for a penalty when clashed with the excellent Omar Colley, however the plea was denied. At the end, both sides had to settle for a point.
