SV Werder Bremen's 4-3 loss against Eintracht Frankfurt

Frankfurt got out to a quick lead thanks to Mario Götze (2'). Before Kolo Muani (32') and Lindström (39') again reversed the score on the verge of halftime, Tony Jung (14') and Leonardo Bittencourt (17') completely turned the game around.

Less than two minutes after the game's beginning, Frankfurt takes the lead. Mario Götze scores with a low shot from 18 metres away. During the build-up, Captain Marco Friedl makes a mistake that Kolo Muani instantly takes advantage of. The visitors doubled their lead with the first attack of the second half. Sow is set up by Kamada, who uses the inside of his foot to strike the ball and find the top corner. Werder suffers their first loss of the year after failing to score from a string of corners.
